Salary: $3500-2800 per month.

Sales & Reservations Supervisor
Monitoring and develop Vacation Planners. Responsible for communicating on a continual basis with their subordinates as well as the Manager and Director of Reservations. College degree and previous Call Center Supervisor experience required. Cruise line or travel industry experience is a plus. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel software, motivational and team building skills required.
Salary: $3200-2500 per month.
Assistance Desk Representative
Making outgoing telemarketing calls to past passengers, potential new customers and travel agents. College degree and telemarketing experience are required. PC literacy and excellent communications and sales skills.
Salary: $3000-2500 per month.
Inside Sales Representative
Telephone contact with travel agents, typing correspondence and assisting travel agents with problem resolution. Previous customer service and PC experience in a multi-task fast paced work environment. Excellent English, interpersonal and telephone communication skills, professional appearance. Highly motivated, adaptable to change and able to analyze and solve problems. Proficiency level of MS Word. High school diploma required, college is a plus.
Salary: $2800-2200 per month.
Reservations Sales Agent
Answering incoming calls from Travel Agents regarding new and existing bookings. This position begins with an intensive training program during which the employee is paid full wages. Must be flexible and able to work day and evening shifts including weekends. Excellent English and communications skills. High school diploma and equivalent working experience are also required.
Salary: $2800-2000 per month.
Imaging Indexer
Basic skills in using windows based software for the electronic filing and distribution of Fax and mail correspondence. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, research skills and ability to work in a multi-task, fast paced environment.
