Crew / Staff Administrator

Responsible for the sign-on and off of the ship’s crew and for documentation preparation, traveling visas, airline tickets, etc. Issuing crew ID cards. High school degree, college or university degree. Office experience required. Excellent English.

Salary: $1800-2600 per month.

Crew / Staff Administrative Assistant

Supporting the Human Resources HR office by handling paperwork, emails, incoming calls. Assisting the administrator. Coordinating personnel activities- sports, parties, tours. High school / college degree, office / administrative experience required. Computer literacy, Internet communications, office software. Good English.

Salary: $1500-2200 per month.

Personnel Coordinator

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services during assisting administrators with planning and coordinating crew related matters. College degree and PC experience in Word, Excel required. Organization, communicative skills, fluent English required.

Salary: $1400-2000 per month.

Scheduling Coordinator

Creating and maintaining rotation schedules for employees, according to contracted periods of time and permanent positions. College degree and PC experience in Word, Excel. Organization, communicative skills, fluent English required.

Salary: $1400-2000 per month.

General Clerk

Obtaining appropriate approvals and submitting to accounting bills related to the Personnel Department. Previous clerical or accounting experience. Computer literacy. Fluent English.

Salary: $1300-1800 per month.

Payroll Manager

Experience using Human Resources HR Software to manage employee payroll. Processing bi-weekly payrolls, payroll taxes. Previous experience and Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Previous working experience and proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.

Salary: $1500-2200 per month.

Crew Medical Coordinator

Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse with nursing experience. Able to work in a multi-task environment. Responsible for medical care for employees and administrative duties.

Salary: $1500-2000 per month.
