Supervising activities of subordinate positions in Financial Department. In charge of financial reporting and operations aboard the cruise ship- cash payments, credit card transactions, money orders. Responsible for accounting and dispersal of commission to staff. Managing income control, maintaining a cashbook. Approving purchases in local ports, ensuring invoices are input in stock control system. Degree in management, business administration, accounting and previous experience required. Managerial skills, ability to work in multicultural environment, computer software knowledge. Excellent English.

 Salary: $3200-5400 per month.

Financial Department – Crew Payroll Manager

Supervising performance of subordinate positions. In charge of entire payroll function aboard. Responsible for precise accounting of prepaid tips to personnel. Dealing with crew direct deposits and wire transfers, making sure wages are accurately paid plus bonuses and overtimes. Responsible for crew shipboard charging account statements. High school diploma and previous experience required. Degree in management, business administration, accounting. Proficient in office equipment- calculators, telephones, computers, internet access, and basic software /Excel, Word, and PowerPoint/. Excellent English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary: $1800-2700 per month.

Financial Department – Second Purser Administration

Dealing directly with passengers. Transmitting credit card charges and authorizing payments of major credit cards. Delivering to guests final statements before end of the cruise. Involved with training of Front Desk personnel. High school diploma and previous experience in accounting. Proficient in office equipment and basic software. Excellent English. Additional languages are a plus. Ability to work in multicultural environment required.

Salary: $3000-4600 per month.

Financial Department – Second Purser Payroll

Supervising the performance of subordinate positions. Assisting the Crew Payroll Manager with the entire payroll function Involved in training of managers. Dealing with the payment of wages, cashing of company’s checks, wire transfers. Making sure wages are precisely paid, also bonuses, overtime payments, tips. High school diploma and previous experience in accounting required. Degree in management, business administration, accounting. Proficient in office equipment and basic software. Communication skills and good English.

Salary: $1600-2200 per month.
